  • New Listings: 475 (-332)
  • Active Listings: 1,243 (-444)
  • Closed Sales: 544 (-128)

  • Baker County
    • Closed Sales went from 17 in November to 10 in December.
  • Coos County
    • New Listings went from 83 to 51 in December.
    • Pending Sales dropped from 69 to 46.
  • Curry County
    • New Listings went from 45 to 24.
  • Douglas County
    • Total Market Time spiked up from 43 to 67.
  • Lane County
    • New Listings dropped from 254 down to 175.
  • Mid-Columbia
    • New Listings dropped 20 spots from 53 to 33.
    • Pending Sales fell 17 from 56 to 39.
  • North Coastal
    • Total Market Time leaped from 41 in November to 74 in December.
  • Portland Metro
    • New Listings dropped from 1688 to 1073.
    • Active Listings dropped from 4,235 to 3368.
  • SW Washington
    • Active Listings went from 1125 to 863 in December.

STREAKS

  • Coos County
    • Pending Sales are on an eight-month downward streak to 46 in December.
  • Lane County
    • New Listings have decreased for six months, reaching 175 in December.
    • Total Market Time has increased for six straight months, reaching 45 days.
  • Portland Metro
    • Total Market Time is up to 55 days, a six-month streak.
  • SW Washington
    • New Listings dropped for the six straight month, falling to 367.
    • Total Market Time also is down for the sixth month, hitting 52.

MILESTONES

  • Baker County
    • Lowest Closed Sales count since November 2018, reaching 10 in December.
  • Curry County
    • Lowest New Listings (24) since December 2014.
    • Lowest Pending Listings (23) since December 2013.
